It was located in a very convenient part of town for sightseeing. We could easily walk from our room to many places we wanted to see. The city has a beautiful park and castle and good shopping and food. Overall we were very pleased.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet, spacious and very clean. Parking was simple and almost at the front door. Just 2 short blocks to the slott and in the city center.
none, would happily stay again.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, which made it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good selection of choices that were tasty and filling.
The room was on the small side and lacked some basic amenities I was expecting, such as a minibar and coffee maker. The noise from traffic could be heard from inside the room, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Excellent location in the city centre. Easy paid parking in the vicinity.
Lack of functioning air conditioned. Breakfast buffet below Swedish standards.

Located in the heart of the city. Our room was right next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, our room was very quiet. Also, surprised at all the families we saw in the lobby and at breakfast. This must be a good vacation spot for them as well.
My mattress was not as great as I had hoped but I just put one featherbed down as extra padding and covered with the extra one in the closet.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were varied and included hot and cold dishes, with plenty of organic alternatives.
Nothing was wrong with the hotel or this city, it was just perfect.

Great location in the city center, close to shops and restaurants. the breakfast was really good, with a variety of Scandinavian dishes to choose from. the room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.
The noise outside on weekend nights was quite loud and disturbing. the cleaning staff could have been more thorough as they missed some small details like candy wrappers and toilet paper not being placed in the rack.

It was lovely, in a great location, and we really enjoyed the whisky and cheese bars, and the glogg.
The spa amenities closed too early for a business traveler to use them. I did not get to use them even once, despite being there for 3 days.

Stayed for one night on business trip at a very reasonable "sunday special price". Nice staff, the bed was comfortable, the wi-fi worked very good. Breakfast was fine.

This place is absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable bed and room. The decor is tasteful and the additional comforter and pillow in the closet were a nice touch. The staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location couldn't be more convenient, right in the center of everything. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV in the room. this hotel has exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and amenities.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is perfectly located right on a lively plaza in the heart of the city. the rooms are immaculate and very chic, with comfortable beds and a quiet ambiance. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always happy to provide recommendations and assistance. the breakfast offers an extensive and delicious selection of organic food, including fresh fruit and bread. the area outside the hotel is bustling with vibrant restaurants and shops on the main street.
The sauna and jacuzzi amenities are somewhat outdated and not quite up to par with the rest of the hotel.
